UFW: Larry Tramutola Records
Larry Tramutola worked for the United Farm Workers Union for over ten years in various capacities. Initially he was director of the Central Valley Division, Contract Administration and then accepted the position of boycott coordinator for the San Francisco and Bay-area, until his appointment as an official delegate to the Kern, Inyo and Mono Counties Central Labor Council in 1976.
In addition, Tramutola worked as project director in planning and administrative office management for the UFW, and organized the Fred W. Ross Farm Workers Educational Center from 1976 to 1980. His records reflect his work in all of these areas, which include his personal journals dating from 1973 to 1980.
