 <description>&lt;p&gt;William Gernaey served as an investigator for Chrysler Corporation and Ford Motor Company.  He also worked in the same capacity with the, FBI, the State of Michigan and City of Detroit police departments, as well as Army and Navy intelligence.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;His records include correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs, undercover field notes, background subject files, an autobiography and personal records.&lt;/p&gt;
