Correspondence and other documents pertaining to fair employment practices in the Ford Motor Company, and to alleged violations of Executive Order 10925, collected by Mr. Brown, presently serving in the UAW Ford Motor Department. In 1961 Ken Bannon, director of that Department, appointed Mr. Brown to supervise the equal employment opportunity provision of the Ford contract. Subjects include a discrimination complaint filed by the UAW in 1963 against Ford's Atlanta plant. Among the correspondents are Ken Bannon, Philip Hart, William H. Oliver, and Percy H. Williams.
