Join the Reuther Library for our second year as a participant in Midtown’s Noel Night, this Saturday, December 2. We will be welcoming visitors from 5-10pm and offering free photos in front of historic photo backdrops, snacks and hot chocolate, access to our exhibit spaces, activities, and more. All portions are family-friendly and encourage an appreciation for Detroit history. The location is also close to some of the headlining locations for Noel Night such as the Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Historical Society, and the Detroit Public Library, as well as conveniently located near a shuttle stop, carriage ride pickup, and public restrooms. In its 45th year, Detroit’s Noel Night features free open houses at cultural institutions throughout the neighborhood, free performances at dozens of locations, holiday market offerings, and snacks and hot beverages at most stops. The event has grown each year, and now includes over 100 locations opening their doors and celebrating the holidays with the community.
