Jack Rugh served as a labor relations representative in the California State Department of Employment, as secretary for the Los Angeles Mayor’s Committee for the Employment of the Handicapped, and on the California Governor’s Committee for the Employment of the Handicapped.
Mr. Rugh’s papers concern his work in the Department of Employment, local unions in southern California, and Mr. Rugh’s involvement with committees for the employment of people with disabilities.
