From 1972-1974 the Los Angeles All City Employees Association (ACEA) and AFSCME formed a joint council to represent the public workers of Los Angeles. By 1974, difficulties in division of duties left AFSCME administrative officials considering splitting the groups once again. This radio spot from early in the organization's life encourages city employees to choose the ACEA - AFSCME joint council to represent them.
