Dueling pickets outside of Fischer's Restaurant in downtown Detroit.
Caption from the back of the photograph reads: “Striking waiters picketing Fischer’s Restaurant in downtown Detroit in October. Owner established his own pickets in Swiss costumes and one in an army uniform. His methods resulted in so large a crowd that police were called to keep them moving.”
