Caption from the back on the photograph reads:
“Picket by Dancing – With a string band to furnish music, strike sympathizers danced in the streets at the entrance of the Clark Thread Mill of Georgia near Austell, GA., Sept. 10 in order to block the way of persons attempting to go to work. Automobiles containing non-striking workers were halted in defiance of armed mill guards as some 200 pickets were on duty.”
