A group of men attempt to revive Eugene Domagalski, killed during the Milwaukee utility workers strike.
Caption from the back of the photograph reads: “Eugene Domagalski, 24, shown on the ground, is the first person killed in the Milwaukee, WI utility company strike. He was electrocuted June 28 when he fell against a live wire while a mob stormed the lakeside power plant yards.”
