The company benefits card for Jim O' Neal, a lumberman and veteran of the Idaho Lumber Strike of 1936.
The card reads: "Potlatch Forests, Inc. No. 822. The Bearer Mr. Jim O'Neal is a veteran of the 1936 IWW strike in Northern Idaho and is a man who had the courage to stay on the job. This card is good forever, in the logging camps of the company and its contractors, for free meals and lodging while seeking employment."
