The Walter P. Reuther Library, Archives of Labor and Urban Affairs, is pleased to announce the acquisition of an archival collection focusing the radio show American Top 40 (AT40). This collection, generously donated by radio historian Pete Battistini, highlights the two men who built AT40 and share a connection to Wayne State: Casey Kasem (B.S.Ed. ’58), who hosted AT40 from 1970 to 2004, and Don Bustany (B.A. ’51), the show’s co-creator and producer.
