




The papers of George Amrhein consist primarily of a diary which includes brief entries covering the period of his hire at the Norwood, Ohio Chevrolet plant in 1939 until his retirement in 1954, with comments on the efforts of the AFL and the CIO to enlist the UAW in their unions.
