The Grosse Pointe Civil Rights Organizations collection is made up primarily of the papers of two organizations: The Grosse Pointe Human Relations Council, and the Grosse Pointe Committee For Open Housing. The papers of the Grosse Pointe Civil Rights Organizations reflect the work of a number of civil rights organizations in the Detroit area in the 1960's and 1970's.
