Jewish Community Archives Moving November 2022

As of November 2022, the Leonard N. Simons Jewish Community Archives (JCA) is moving to a brand-new collections space at Temple Beth El as partner in the newly formed Center for Michigan Jewish Heritage. The JCA collections at Reuther are closed to patrons in preparation for transfer. Potential researchers and visitors should contact JCA Director Robbie Terman at terman@jfmd.org to plan your research visits going forward. read more »
Election Day Closure 2022

The Reuther Library will be closed on Tuesday, November 8 for Election Day.
We will be back to our standard Reading Room hours and reference services on Wednesday, November 9.

Holiday Closure 2021-2022

Reuther Library will be closed during Wayne State's winter recess starting December 23 at noon.
We hope you have a safe and happy break. We will be returning to our standard Reading Room hours and reference and scanning services upon our return on January 3.
