Sherla Campbell (center) and Lawrence Joel (left) receive plaques from Mayor Jerome Cavanagh during the Armed Forces Week Luncheon. At this same event Mayor Cavanagh announced May 16th as the "Lawrence Joel Day" in Detroit. Joel was a Vietnam Medal of Honor winner.
