Memo from AFSCME Michigan Area Director Tom Fitzpatrick to all Michigan AFSCME Local union presidents, chapter chairmen, and councils regarding the Memphis sanitation workers' strike. Fitzpatrick asked for monetary donations for the striking Memphis workers and for letters to be sent to the Memphis mayor's office.
