(46781) AFSCME Ohio organizing rally

Smiling Ohio members of AFSCME attend an organizing rally. Two individuals wearing "trucker" hats hold a large sign which reads "AFSCME now or pay later." Another individual looks on and still others, unseen, hold up more signs behind them. In 1983, both the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA) and the Ohio Association of Public Schools Employees (OAPSE) affiliated with AFSCME.
