




As a member of the Society of Designing Engineers (SDE), Charles Gentile held various posts in United Auto Workers Local 212. Mr. Gentile’s papers relate primarily to the SDE as Detroit Chapter 201 of the International Federation of Architects, Engineers, Chemists, and Technicians (FAECT), and the SDE’s disaffiliation with the FAECT and subsequent affiliation with the UAW as Local 212.
