Harley Hiscox held various offices in the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) in California, Colorado and Texas. Mr. Hiscox was active in the founding of 100 California AFT locals and served as the Texas State Director of Organizing and as President of Dallas Local 2260. Mr. Hiscox’s papers document his extensive work for the AFT.
