




Rough Draft, President Shanker speaks on the role of school boards in the 1970’s. Speech has an introduction by William Poe, member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg, North Carolina School Board. President Shanker addresses how to make the public opinion of school boards to be more positive. He also speaks on early childhood education and how it should be made available for everyone.
