Paraprofessional Related Personnel Conference

Shanker was the keynote speaker at this conference for Paraprofessional School Related Personnel. He talks about why people join unions and how they are much more than just an instrument of power. He explains that they have the most power in the movement toward education reform. He talks about the public’s image of schools and teachers. He also talks about the support of the business community and their role in improving public education.
