(24823) Adrian Mitten

Adrian Mitten graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1918. He worked in Minnesota and became president of AFSCME Council 6. He then went on to work for AFSCME International as an organizer and regional director. Mitten was the first union employee to retire under the International’s pension plan in 1962.
