Thirsty men, presumably American, line up outside of a shop in Windsor, Ontario where alcohol is legally sold. Federal Prohibition was repealed in the province of Ontario in 1927, leaving a door open for Detroiters willing to travel across the Detroit River to purchase alcohol.
