(28932) Ethnic Communities, Greek, Customs, 1939
Posted July 6th, 2012 by eclemens
A woman belly-dances while musicians play for an audience in a local cafe. Part of a series on Detroit's Greek Community.
Caption reads: "Once moralists threw up their hands at the "hootchie" but one can see much "hotter" dances at almost any high priced revue. The little lady wears enough clothes to garb a whole modern chorus."
