Robert Frost, American poet, speaks at the University of Detroit.
Photographer’s Caption: “ROBERT FROST, 1962. A year before his death, the poet visited the University of Detroit at the invitation of Father Celestin Steiner, then president. I just watched until he stopped reading, folded his hands and started reciting some of his favorite poems. That’s when he came alive, and it made a great picture.”
