




The New York Pan American World Airways (PAA) Master Executive Council (MEC) records span the years 1974-1991. In January 1991, Pan Am declared bankruptcy, and ceased to exist by year’s end. The MEC’s office was located in New York City. The bulk of the collection is related to contract negotiations. Other materials include correspondence with MEC officers, and weekly logs of activities.
