




Ethel B. Waring was born in 1887. She received her PhD from Columbia
University in 1927. Dr. Waring served on the faculty of Cornell University's
Department of Child Development and Family Relationships and retired in 1955.
She is the author of several books and articles on child development.
The papers of Dr. Waring reflect her teaching and research activities at
Cornell University.
