




The constitutional amendment creating the Office of the Executive Vice President for the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) was approved by the delegates of the 48th Biennial Convention in 1972. The collection contains the records of the second and third officers to hold this position, Tony Huerta (1976-1986) and Francis J. Conners (1986-1998).
