Organizing Conference held by SEIU Joint Council International Organizer Joseph P. Chulak. Chulak makes a point well taken by Harry Kurshenbaum (center) and Daniel J. Healy. Daniel Healy was the AFL-CIO Regional Director and was involved in the organizing conference sponsored by Joint Council of Chicago and Roosevelt University. Harry Kurshenbaum was business representative for Local 73 and was conference coordinator.
